A divorce, financial and child proceedings

Joanna Pratt acted for a husband with regard to divorce, financial and children proceedings. The husband, his wife and two young children had relocated abroad, when he obtained a foreign posting. Sadly, the marriage broke down, and the wife and two children returned to this country. Joanna advised with regard to acrimonious financial and children court proceedings, and also dealt with jurisdictional issues, liaising with the client’s foreign lawyers. The financial matters were agreed on favourable terms shortly before a final hearing.
