Adelphi Holdings – Drive Thru purchase

Thomson Snell & Passmore has acted for the Adelphi Group for several years, advising on all areas of their business including corporate acquisitions and, on a variety, of real estate acquisitions and lettings. Most recently Alisa Sweeney and Katherine Morgan were instructed to act urgently to secure the opportunity of the company’s purchase of a substantial commercial property located in the North of England which was integral to the growth of the business.

Contracts were exchanged in 36 hours following receipt of the draft papers on the day we were instructed which is testament to our strong, well-established relationship with our client and understanding the business’s needs.
