Agreement for the provision of cold storage services

Our client is a multi-temperature warehousing and logistics business and provides integrated supply chain solutions for local, regional and national companies in the UK. We were instructed to advise on an agreement with a major customer for the provision of cold storage services. The agreement needed to reflect the wide range of services to be provided, with provision for flexibility driven by demand and a performance management mechanism. Detailed discussion with our client helped us to produce an agreement which protects his interests and his relationship with his customer.
