Appointed to the panel of Close Property Finance Limited

In September 2013, we were appointed to the panel of Close Property Finance Limited (part of the investment bank, Close Brothers), who specialise in lending to property developers throughout the UK.  Since appointment the commercial property department has acted on over 250 instructions, with the total loan amounts exceeding £450 million ranging in size from £500,000 to £12,000,000.
