Appointed to the panel of Titlestone Property Lending Limited

In November 2013 we were appointed to the panel of Titlestone Property Lending Limited.  Titlestone were set up in 2012 by a large US private equity fund with the sole purpose of lending for residential and mixed use development.  Since appointment we have acted on over 70 matters with total loan amounts exceeding £250 million. Matters range in size from £1,250,000 to in excess of £20,000,000.
