Contract for the manufacture and supply of nut products

Our client sources nuts and seeds from around the world and is one of the leading UK-based nuts and seeds processors. We were instructed to advise on a commercial contract with local and international customers for the manufacture and supply of nut products. Understanding the manufacture and supply process was key to developing the supply of products agreement. We worked with our client to structure the contract in such a way as to produce the desired return on his investment in manufacturing equipment, whilst balancing the commercial interests of our client with that of his customers.
