Data Protection Compliance

Our client Tevent Labs Limited launched an online event and exhibition platform that replicates the experience of an in-person event. We advised the client on the data protection compliance aspects of such a venture, including advising on a data audit, preparation of a detailed data protection impact assessment (including a legitimate interests assessment) and preparing a privacy policy. There were also aspects of the new Children’s Code to consider too.
