Fernham Homes Limited

We act for longstanding client, Fernham Homes Limited, in connection with the acquisition of sites for residential development.  Over the past year, we have dealt with option agreements and promotion agreements which, if planning permission is successfully obtained, will deliver upwards of 500 houses in the next 3 to 5 years.  We have also completed the acquisition of sites for c. 100 houses.  We also deal with funding and refinancing of sites.
