James Cradick acted in an arbitration on behalf of Ukrainian commodity traders in relation to a multi-million US Dollar dispute arising out of shipments of Ukrainian Yellow Corn. The dispute arose from the interruption to transport and logistics infrastructure in Ukraine as a result of the political and military conflict with Russia.
