Multi party international dispute concerning the design and fit-out of a major data centre

We were instructed by a specialist mechanical and electrical contractor following issue of proceedings in a multi party international dispute.

The dispute relates to works for the design and fit-out at a major data centre in the UK for a global US hosting company. The dispute concerns alleged shortfalls in the cooling capacity of the data centre and a multi million pound claim for damages for lost revenue and alleged remedial works.
