We acted in the sale of a substantial area of land bordering the tidal Medway at Rochester.

The sale included rights to graze on common land and the transfer of those rights, as well as access issues over unregistered roads which are not publicly adopted highways. Rights of common are in fact not common and the matter required the knowledge and expertise to deal with the transfer, historic access rights and the accretion and deletion of tidal movements affecting the estuary boundary.
