Join our well respected regional law firm as an Associate or Senior Associate within our growing Real Estate Disputes team.
With a strong track record in acting for commercial landlords and tenants, developers, landowners, and insolvency practitioners, the team is known for providing strategic, commercially-focused advice on complex and high-value disputes.
The role
We are looking for a talented and commercially minded Associate or Senior Associate (2–6 years PQE) to join our specialist Real Estate Disputes team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a close-knit and supportive team, working with a broad client base and managing a diverse caseload including commercial landlord and tenant disputes, property-related insolvency issues and development-related disputes.
You will work alongside a team of experienced lawyers, providing mentorship to junior colleagues and contributing to the continued growth and success of the department. You will also work closely with our transactional real estate colleagues to deliver seamless, joined-up service.
What we are looking for
- 2–6 years PQE with a strong background in landlord and tenant law and real estate disputes
- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
