Join our leading regional law firm as a Commercial Finance Accountant within our busy and friendly Finance team.
The role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Commercial Finance Accountant to join our Finance team in a key role partnering with practice groups and fee earners to drive improved financial performance.
The ideal candidate will facilitate better management of billing, WIP, lock-up and pricing discipline. The role provides insight into fee income, matter profitability and departmental performance to support decision-making across the partnership.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in finance within a professional services environment is desirable
- Strong financial analysis capability
- Ability to interpret financial data and identify commercial insight
- Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders constructively
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or part-qualified (or equivalent).
