The roles
We are looking for dynamic and commercially minded Associates, Senior Associates and Partners to join our Commercial Real Estate team, with a focus on landlord and tenant; investment and asset management work. This role offers the opportunity to advise a diverse client base on the full lifecycle of real estate assets, working closely with colleagues across Real Estate, Dispute Resolution, Corporate/M&A and Banking & Finance.
You will work alongside a team of experienced lawyers, providing mentorship to junior colleagues and contributing to the continued growth and success of the department.
What we are looking for
Exact experience will depend on the role being applied for (whether Associate, Senior Associate or Partner) and we welcome applications from those with:
- Significant post-qualification experience in commercial real estate, ideally with a strong portfolio asset management focus
- Proven experience advising on complex real estate transactions and ongoing portfolio management and project management of complex large transactions
- Strong background in corporate support work, including real estate aspects of corporate M&A transactions
- Experience of working with large or complex real estate portfolios, including investment, development, and securitisation structures
- Commercially astute, with the ability to balance legal risk with practical business outcomes.
