The role
This is a great opportunity for a Commercial Disputes Partner to join our busy Dispute Resolution team, helping to enhance our commercial litigation profile, and contribute to the firm’s long-term vision.
The successful candidate will play a significant role in the development of our commercial disputes offering across the South East and London. You will manage a high-quality caseload, lead on complex litigation matters, and work to drive business development and team growth.
What we are looking for
- A qualified lawyer with a minimum of 8 years’ PQE in commercial litigation.
- Existing Partner, Legal Director, or ambitious Senior Associate ready for partnership
- Strong technical expertise with a practical and strategic mindset
- Demonstrable track record of attracting high value work and developing client relationships
- A portable following is desirable but not essential; strong commercial development ability is key.
