New Real Estate Disputes Partner joins Thomson Snell & Passmore

Thomson Snell & Passmore’s Real Estate Disputes team has welcomed Tamsin Reader as a Partner. Her appointment will add further expertise to the team, which is headed up by Mark Steggles.

Tamsin brings considerable experience of advising on real estate disputes relating to dilapidations, lease renewals, break notices, forfeiture, defaulting tenants, rent arrears and eviction of squatters. She also deals with residential matters such as collective enfranchisement and lease extensions.

She supports a wide range of commercial clients including investors, developers, landlords and tenants, and has represented clients in the County and High Court as well as the Property Tribunal for a number of years.

Tamsin joins from Knights, where she was a Partner in the Property Litigation team, joining in 2022. Prior to that, she spent time at Coffin Mew and Downs Solicitors.
