Athene Charlton

Athene is a Solicitor in our Corporate department advising on M&A, corporate governance and other corporate transactional and advisory matters.

Athene commenced her training contract with the firm in March 2024 and qualified as a Solicitor in the Corporate team in March 2026.

Education

Athene studied Law at the University of Liverpool graduating with a first class degree. She then went onto study a LPC with Masters in Professional Legal achieving a distinction.
