Charlotte is a solicitor in the Real Estate Disputes team, following recently qualifying into the Department in March 2025.
Charlotte assists with and advises on a broad range of matters relating to commercial, mixed use and residential property. Charlotte works closely with the Real Estate team and Residential Conveyancing teams in relation to a diverse range of contentious property work.
Charlotte handles matters including landlord and tenant disputes, adverse possession claims and development disputes. She also advises clients both landlords and tenants on statutory lease extensions and collective enfranchisement.
Charlotte advises on all stages of the process, from preliminary advice on avoiding future disputes, through to pre-action advice in anticipation of litigation, alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, and litigation itself.
