Damien Jones

Damien is an experienced Private Client Partner, in the Probate Team at Thomson Snell & Passmore. He has over 25 years’ experience, and a wealth of expertise in the administration of estates. He has particular experience in estate administration for high net worth individuals, including multijurisdictional assets and estates that include domicile issues. He also regularly deals with agricultural and business estates, and acts as an Independent Administrator.

Damien is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), The Association of Lifetime Lawyers and The Law Society Private Client section.

Education

Damien has a Law Degree LLB (Hons) from the University of East London. He then went on to undertake his professional exams at the College of Law, Chester before completing a training contract at a London practice. Damien qualified in 1999 and joined Thomson Snell & Passmore as a Partner in 2025, having been a Partner at several regional solicitors firms.
