Dominic Burgess

Dominic is a solicitor in the Dispute Resolution department.

Dominic has experience advising a broad range of clients, including high net-worth individuals, multi-national companies, owner managed businesses, directors, shareholders and business partners. He has handled a variety of matters in the County Court and the High Court, including complex and high value claims in the King’s Bench Division of the High Court and other specialist divisions.

Dominic’s approach is driven by his clients’ objectives, to ensure that matters are resolved strategically and cost effectively. He advises on all stages of the process, from preliminary advice on avoiding future disputes, through to pre-action advice in anticipation of litigation, alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, and litigation itself.
