Elaine is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives with over a decade of experience in residential new build conveyancing, specialising in plot sales. Having qualified in 2022, Elaine has built a strong reputation for delivering efficient, high-quality legal services to property developers and housing associations across a wide range of residential development projects.
After graduating from the University of Lincoln with a Bachelors of Law, Elaine began her legal career in 2013 at a top 200 law firm. Starting out in an administrative role, she quickly became involved in residential development work and progressed steadily through the firm while completing her legal training.
More recently, Elaine worked in-house at an award-winning housing developer, overseeing plot sales across multiple regions. In that role, she worked closely with senior stakeholders to monitor and advance transactions, resolve legal enquiries, and ensure timely exchanges. Her ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external solicitors has consistently contributed to successful project outcomes.
