Faye Cook

Faye is an experienced Corporate / M&A Partner who specialises in all aspects of corporate transactions. She has particular expertise in domestic and cross-border M&A (both sale-side and buy-side), EOTs, corporate restructuring, succession / exit planning, Management Buy-outs / Buy-ins and general corporate advisory work. Faye acts for a full range of corporate clients in the national mid-market from private limited companies to owner-managed businesses and private equity investors. Her approach is to work closely with her clients from the early stages of a transaction, and work collaboratively with the other advisors and stakeholders involved in order to drive the project smoothly and efficiently to a successful completion.

Faye has been with Thomson Snell & Passmore for 13 years, having initially trained with the firm. Faye was promoted to Partner in January 2020 and achieved equity in 2026.

Education

Faye studied at the University of Nottingham and graduated with a 2:1 degree in Law with Australian Law.

Faye went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law where she achieved a distinction.
