James Fawcett

James joined Thomson Snell & Passmore in March 2025 as a Paralegal in the Dispute Resolution department. James will be primarily supporting the Real Estate Disputes team across a variety of matters.

James joins the firm having previously worked as a Paralegal in dispute resolution for a firm in London.

Outside of work, James enjoys swimming, reading and playing football.

Education

James completed his Bachelor of Laws in 2020 at the University of Kent and then completed the Legal Practice Course in 2024 at the University of Law.
