Jemima Carter - Thomson Snell & Passmore

Jemima joined Thomson Snell & Passmore in 2025, before which she spent over two and a half years working at Mills & Reeve LLP in the Residential Development Sales team. In her previous role, she acted on behalf of developer clients, handling high volumes of new-build plot sales from instruction through to post-completion. Jemima is a newly qualified solicitor in the Real Estate team, working across a range of practice areas including real estate finance, portfolio asset management and commercial and residential development.

Education

Jemima studied Law at the University of East Anglia and graduated with a 2:1. She then completed the LPC LLM before undertaking the SQE2 examination. Jemima qualified as a solicitor in August 2025.
