Olivia Grainge

Olivia is an associate in the Real Estate team working primarily in the Development team. Olivia trained at the firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2024, she also previously worked at the firm as a paralegal in the Property Finance team. Her focus is working with residential developers and landowners on all aspects of development transactions including land buying and new build home sales. Olivia also works on a range of commercial real estate matters across the department.
