Tamsin is a partner in the Real Estate Disputes Team. She has more than 20 years experience supporting both owners and occupiers on all contentious property matters, including dilapidations, lease renewals, break notices, forfeiture, defaulting tenants, rent arrears and eviction of squatters and tenants.
She supports a wide range of commercial clients including investors, developers, landlords and tenants, and private high net worth individuals, and has represented clients in the County and High Court as well as the Property Tribunal for a number of years.
In addition, Tamsin can also assist with private matters regarding restrictive covenants, adverse possession and Leasehold Enfranchisement.
She is known for her pragmatism and seeking resolution without court proceedings, while protecting the value of client’s assets. She works closely with her clients to understand their priorities and risks and help them make informed choices about how to resolve their dispute.
Tamsin joined Thomson Snell & Passmore in 2026 from Knights, where she was a Partner in the Property Litigation team, joining in 2022. Prior to that, she spent time at Coffin Mew and Downs Solicitors.
Tamsin is also a member of the Property Litigation Association, where she is a member of the committee for equality and diversity.
